IMOS platform is an advanced nanophotonic integration platform developed at PhI group, TU Eindhoven. It features both nanophotonic waveguide circuitry (sub-micron) and ultrafast and efficient active devices (such as lasers and detectors). Ultra-high active-passive integration density can be achieved in a single chip.

Recently IMOS platform has reached a milestone: open access. A comprehensive PDK library based on Nazca, together with a complete design manual, were announced and published. They are available for anyone who are interested to get a chip with his/her own design!

Currently irregular MPW runs are being executed and more are being planned. If you are interested, please contact the responsible person of IMOS platform: dr. Yuqing Jiao (y.jiao@tue.nl)
